Title: Customer Service Repentative
Reports to: Owner/Director of Operations
Job Summary: Full or Part-time. Record day to day transactions. Interact with clients to schedule transports. Reconcile daily schedules and transports for Medicaid reimbursement. Extensive telephone contact with clients, confirming transports, taking client information. Maintain a HIPAA compliant workplace.
Requirement for Employment: Proven customer service experience. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Data entry skills and proficiency in English and MS Word. Customer service orientation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment: Interior office, with personal work space. Team approach to work load. Cross training on Billing and Dispatch.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional company image and respect for others. Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve interpersonal conflicts when they occur with co-workers and clients.
Customer Service: Maintain a calm and professional attitude. Exhibit quality, positive interactions with clients, facility staff and community members. Maintain client confidentiality by following HIPAA rules and regulations.
